This is Marina from Health Glows. I am your host and presenter at the free webinar 3 Secrets To Becoming & Staying Flexible for Life.

I am a professional raw vegan diet, exercise and healthy living coach since 2013.

In 2014, I accomplished the Yoga Teacher Training at the YOGEA yoga school in New York, USA.

Since 2014, I have been actively and regularly teaching yoga both in my home country of Serbia, and at various festivals and retreats around the world, including Croatia, Denmark, England, Thailand, Malaysia and Dubai.

This way, I have gained a wealth of experience in teaching yoga to students with different levels of fitness and different goals in the field of strength, flexibility and fitness.

My focus of attention is always on constructing my yoga classes so that they are effective and efficient in guiding my students towards achieving their desired goal.

In addition to teaching yoga, I have been doing yoga-modelling for different photographers. All the photos on this page and in the webinar are professional photos I was modelling for.

I have created this webinar with lots of love for you. I truly hope you will enjoy it and benefit from it.
